1. This ticket is proof of purchase for entry to the 81st Oktoberfest Manila held in Solaire Resort & Casino by German Club Manila and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. Barcode on each ticket only allows one entry per scan. Please keep your ticket/barcode in a safe place. German Club (=GC) is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication.
3. No Refund or return on all final sales.
4. GC/Solaire reserve the right to refuse entry.
5. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
6. This ticket has been created and managed using Yapsody.com and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Yapsody.com.

8. Proof of age or Valid ID may be requested upon entry as only those of legal age may participate in the event.
9. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
10. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
11. Any persons who are threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
12. GC/Solaire have all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
13. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
14. This ticket entitles the patron to one Oktoberfest Mug. Mugs can be picked up upon leaving the venue on the day of the event.
15. GC reserves the right to re-assign seats in the same ticket category to accommodate other seating requirements, and to fully utilize event area.
